In December 2016, Todae Solar finished the installation of a 30kW commercial solar system at Robertson’s Cheese Factory in the Southern Highlands of NSW. As an icon of the Southern Highlands region, Robertson’s Cheese Factory has added yet another feature for their guests with 30kW of solar panels installed by Todae Solar on the roof of it’s dairy facility and onsite store. The panels have great visibility from the roadside where inside, Robertson Cheese Factory offers customers a wide range of Australian “off the farm” cheeses, gourmet jams, pickles, olives, and more.
